Because our products are Made-To-Order and customized to each customer’s specifications (size, color, material, features, or design elements), we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

We must be notified within 48 hours to cancel any order.

The only exception is if the product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us.

4. Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@thebackyardsolutions.com or +1 254-589-3940.

  • Documentation: Provide your order number along with photos or videos clearly showing the defect or damage.

  • Authorization: After review, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Items must be securely packaged in their original packaging.
